USP (headline):
Pocket squares produced with hemming and limited rolled-edge techniques.
Sub-line (rất hay, nên giữ):
Hemmed for volume. Rolled for distinction. Hand-rolled for exclusivity.
We manufacture pocket squares for international brands and B2B programs, combining consistent production with selected artisanal finishing techniques.
Our pocket squares are developed for reliable bulk supply as well as limited premium collections.
Types of Pocket Squares
We offer three different finishing methods, depending on design concept, volume, and target market:
1️⃣ Hemmed (Säumen) – B2B NOS Core Product
Clean, precise machine hemming
Ideal for large volumes and NOS programs
Consistent quality, stable dimensions, and predictable delivery
Best solution for corporate wear, retail basics, and long-running collections
👉 This is our main B2B volume solution.
2️⃣ Machine-Rolled – Limited Production
Rolled edges produced by specialized machines
Softer look compared to classic hemming
Suitable for mid-range premium collections
Limited capacity due to process complexity
3️⃣ Hand-Rolled – Artisanal & Exclusive
Traditional hand-rolled edges
Each piece finished individually
Natural irregularity as a sign of craftsmanship
Very limited quantities, developed for premium and luxury brands
👉 Not suitable for mass production.
Production Philosophy
Pocket squares may look simple — but precision matters.
Dimensions, symmetry, edge finishing, and fabric behavior are carefully controlled to ensure reliable results across sampling and bulk production.
B2B Solid Colors & NOS Material Program
We support B2B programs with selected NOS materials, mainly for hemmed pocket squares:
Silk twill, silk jacquard, cotton, and blended qualities
Solid colors and classic patterns
Materials certified with OEKO-TEX® or equivalent standards
NOS materials are kept for made-to-order production, not for selling finished goods
NOS materials are kept exclusively to support made-to-order production and repeat B2B programs.
