At Studio Cravat GmbH and our manufacturing facility, Ky Cravat Manufacturing Vietnam, responsible manufacturing is an integral part of our daily operations.
Our compliance approach covers social responsibility, workplace health and safety, material and chemical management, supply chain transparency and environmental responsibility.
We work with our employees, suppliers and customers to maintain appropriate standards throughout our production and supply chain, while continuously improving our processes, documentation and workplace practices.
SOCIAL COMPLIANCE & AUDITS
Ky Cravat Manufacturing Vietnam undergoes regular social compliance and workplace audits as part of our commitment to responsible manufacturing. These assessments cover key areas such as working conditions, health and safety, working hours, employee welfare and compliance with applicable requirements. Corrective actions and improvement measures are followed up systematically as part of our continuous improvement process.
SA8000 - Social Accountability
Ky Cravat Manufacturing Vietnam is SA8000 certified, demonstrating our commitment to internationally recognized standards for social accountability and responsible working conditions. The SA8000 framework covers key areas including: • Health & Safety • Working Hours • Fair Remuneration • Non-Discrimination • Freedom of Association • Prevention of Child and Forced Labour Our manufacturing site has successfully completed its latest audit and has been recertified under the SA8000 standard.
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100
We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our manufacturing activities through responsible material use, waste management and appropriate chemical handling. Our factory maintains chemical inventories and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), together with designated storage areas and secondary containment where required. Environmental and chemical management practices are regularly reviewed as part of our compliance and continuous improvement process.
FSC® Certified Packaging
We source selected paper and cardboard packaging materials from suppliers who provide FSC® certified products. FSC® certification supports responsible forest management and the traceability of forest-based materials throughout the supply chain. Relevant supplier certificates are maintained as part of our packaging and material compliance documentation.
SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSPARENCY – RETRACED

We use the Retraced platform to support supply chain transparency and compliance management. The platform helps us organize and maintain relevant supplier information, compliance documentation and supporting evidence within our supply chain. This supports a more structured and transparent approach to responsible sourcing and continuous compliance improvement.
